The Anthem K-8 PRIDE program is the foundation for essential components of the PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Support) program. PBIS is a program that develops children by teaching behavioral expectations in the same manner as any core curriculum subject. The P.R.I.D.E. program is designed to enhance academic and social behavior for students of all ages. The elements that represent the integration of existing evidence-based educational reform initiatives.
This is not a curriculum-based program, but a decision-making framework that guides the school in offering superb, evidence-based academics and fosters behavioral support to all students.
